Blue Mood Creative was founded in 2024 by Morgan Tepper (she/they), a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate in the state of Oregon.  With over a decade of experience in working with the LGBTQ+ community, Morgan aims to provide a safe and nurturing environment for those who identify as gender and sexually-diverse. Her research work includes a  published 2021 self-study on Visual Arts and the Expression of Gender Identity, and her dedication to the field has landed her in leadership roles throughout the states of New York and Florida. Morgan values authenticity in self-expression and believes in the healing power of the creative arts. She leads with kindness and compassion, with the goal of steering clients towards healing, self-acceptance and self-discovery.
